Microdermabrasion is a highly effective method of exfoliation that uses tiny crystals to remove dead skincells. The machine uses suction to draw away the skin debris and used crystals to reveal your new and improved complextion.

A course of 3-9 treatments is recommende, depending on skin concerns and performed every 7- 10 days to get the best results and then maintenance treatments monthly. However, a one off treatment is still effective if you wanted it done for an occasion. Each treatment will progress and get more intense throughout the course.

Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning removes the most outer layers of the dead skin cells. It leaves the skin immediatly smooth and supple. This is a non traumatic method of skin rejuvenation.
This is a simple and safe procedure for exfoliation and getting rid of the vellus hairs (peach fuzz). This is a favourite in the entertainment industry, especially for models and actresses. The reason for this is that removing the fine hairs allows make-up to be applyed smoothly and for a less 'cakey' look that can be enhanced by harsh production lighting and HD cameras.
Dermaplaning is a non- invasive procedure which uses a serile blade to 'shave' and gently scrape away dead skin cells and fine hairs. After the exfoliation, skin is left smoother with a brighter appearance. Also removing the dead skin cells and hair, allows products to pentrate deeper into the skin. It is mostly used on dry skin types as it gives the skin a more refined, 'glowing' look.
This is great for ladies that are pregnant that can't have more abrasive treatments such as chemical peels and Microdermabrasion. Its also first choice for people with excess fine hairs as the hairs often cause a build up of oils in the follicles.
Removing these fine hairs does NOT make the hairs grow back thicker or darker. The hairs will grow back the same as they were before. Any thicker/ darker hairs should be waxed or plucked 24 hours before treatment.
Dermaplaning can be performed every 4-6 weeks for maintenance.
