Serenity Medispa was first fully opened by Ellen Zok in February 2015. Since then I have come a long way to ensure that all the treatments I provide are top quality and you get the most from your treatment.

I offer facials, skin peels, laser hair removal, plasma, skin tag removal, nail treatments, waxing, threading and special relaxing treatments such as massage.  

I care about my clients and make sure you go away feeling the best that you can feel. All treatments are carried out by myself from my own beauty room that I converted especially for beauty treatments and was refurbished at the end of 2019.

It has its own entrance with a reception and waiting area and off-road parking right outside the entrance. It is perfect as it gives it that salon feel, but with the exclusive feel that you are the only one being treated. No gossip or walking out onto a busy high street with everyone knowing where you have been. 

I started my training in 2012, completing my Level 2 and then carrying on my training to progress to Level 3. I have been on numerous training courses to cover various aspects of the beauty industry, all over the country, to make sure I have as much knowledge as possible to give out the best advice and carry out treatments to the highest level.

I became a skin expert with Dermalogica before taking a new route and using Image skincare and completing all my training with them. My passion is skin treatments. I love to make skins look glowing and healthy and give out recommendations on how to improve the skin's condition and help with advice on your skin concerns.
